The first Guofeng Hanfu Cultural Festival in Wenmeicun, Dongshan, Hubei Province grandly kicked off.

On March 8th, the first Guofeng Hanfu Cultural Festival in Wenmeicun, Dongshan,HuBei began combining traditional culture with the national trend of opera. This involved thousands of "goddesses," photographers, Hanfu fans and citizens. This scene was extremely live, and everyone enjoyed the traditional Chinese charm. 
Spring Hanfu Garden Tour: Ancient Chinese Style. 

The Hanfu atmosphere in the scenic area was thick during the event. The tourists wearing Hanfu walked the parade with NPCs and had fun interacting with them. The intangible cultural heritage appeared for the first time. Extensive light and shadow water curtain performances of the Legend of the White Snake, Love on Dongshan Ferry, the Cowherd, and the Weaver Girl were also outstanding. During the day, people could see Bai Suzhen meet Xu Xian by the West Lake, and at night, people could see the Weaver Girl and the Cowherd recognize each other by the lotus pond, giving a dual audio-visual feast to the audience and giving the opera new life. 
Benefit Activities: Making Tourism Convenient. 
Meanwhile, Wenmeicun in Dongshan launched a series of benefit activities. The direct shuttle buses between five places in two provinces - Wuhan, Huangshi, Ezhou, Huanggang, and Jiujiang - were opened in March this year and tourists praised it. This scenic area also maintains the welfare activity "Free Admission to the scenic area when wearing Hanfu" for Hanfu enthusiasts to communicate and show. 
The Guofeng Hanfu Cultural Festival traced the origin, explored traditional culture connotations, and let traditional culture show new charm in the new era through various activity forms. A person in charge said the next step is to fully exploit the cultural resources such as Huangmei opera, organize an opera culture week activity, and further promote the integration of opera and tourism to tourists.
