Return & Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping at Jianxi Hanfu. Please review our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations carefully before making a purchase. 


1. Return Policy

a) At our store, we specialize in curated, limited-run pieces and artisanal heritage crafts. To guarantee that every customer receives an item that is 100% brand new and flawless, we are unable to accept cash refunds for personal preferences or ordering errors (such as incorrect size or color). Instead, we are fully committed to your experience and love providing flexible alternative solutions to make things right. We highly recommend reviewing our size charts carefully or contacting customer support before purchasing.

b) In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, defective, or with noticeable manufacturing issues, please email us at jianxihanfu@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package. Be sure to attach your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can fast-track a solution for you right away.


2. Exchange Policy 

If your item doesn't fit perfectly, we offer an exchange policy to help you get the right size. Please note that exchanges are only processed after we receive and inspect your returned item. 

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect, resalable condition (free of makeup, perfume, or pet hair). 

  2. Timeframe: You must contact us at jianxihanfu@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item to request an exchange. 

  3. Exchange Process: 
    Ship the Item Back:Once your exchange request is approved, you must ship the item back to our facility.

    Note: Please contact us before initiating any returns or exchanges. Additionally, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. 

  4. Inspection: Upon receiving your package, our team will inspect the item to ensure it does not affect secondary sales.  

  5. Shipping Your New Item Once the item passes inspection, we will process and ship out your new requested size or style. If the item does not meet our inspection criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense. 

  6. Fees: Customers are fully responsible for all shipping fees and any customs duties associated with both the return of the original item and the shipment of the exchanged item. These fees are non-refundable. 

 Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

To maintain strict quality and hygiene standards, the following items are strictly not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Custom & Tailored Pieces: Custom-made, bridal, or personalized items tailored specifically to your measurements.

  • Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Accessories (such as earrings, hairpieces, and intimate items) due to health and hygiene reasons.

  • Promotional & Sale Items: Any items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

  • Free Gifts: Any promotional gifts, giveaways, or complimentary items included with your order.

3. Order Cancellation Policy 

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel your order, please note the strict timeframe: 

  • Timeframe: Cancellation requests must be emailed to jianxihanfu@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Required Info: Please include your Order Number, full name, and the reason for cancellation.
  • Status: If the order has already been processed or shipped within those 2 hours, it cannot be canceled. Approved cancellations will receive a full refund.

4. Policy for Unavailable Items

While we strive to keep our inventory 100% accurate, occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order is placed due to supplier shortages or discontinued production. If this occurs:

  • Notification: We will notify you immediately via email.
  • Your Options: You can choose to:
    1. Substitute the item for a similar or upgraded product (we will guide you through options).
    2. Cancel the unavailable item for a full refund.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds for unavailable items will be issued back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 3–5 business days.
