The Mamianqun (Mamian Skirt) in the picture is a traditional Chinese Ming Dynasty Clothing with unique charm.
The Mamianqun is a traditional Chinese garment belonging to the lower skirt style of Hanfu, named after the "horse face" (smooth front panel) in the center of the skirt. Originating in the Song Dynasty and flourishing in the Ming Dynasty, it is composed of two panels forming a total of four skirt panels, with symmetrical front panels separated by "lán gàn" (decorative strips). Often embroidered with patterns of flowers, auspicious beasts, etc., it combines dignity and agility.

1. Mamianqun Design

This new Chinese style embroidered top is a two - piece set. The inner layer is a beige knitted inner top, made of lace - knitted texture fabric, which is both warm and comfortable; the cuffs are designed with a plush loop, full of winter atmosphere. The outer layer is an off - white cloak, made of fleece - like woolen fabric. A circle of milky white wool is spliced at the waist, with a soft and delicate touch. In addition, the front placket and back of the cloak are decorated with exquisite embroidery, enriching the overall layers and details, combining ancient charm and ingenuity.

The design inspiration of this new Chinese style pink mamianqun derived from the splendid scene of a flower - filled garden. Colorful flowers are in full bloom, spreading like brocade; vines wind and interweave, as if quietly entwining among the skirt panels. The vivid charm of an entire blooming spring garden is integrated into the design of the skirt.

2. Mamianqun Material

This Mamianqun has delicate damask jacquard patterns. This material feels incredibly soft and smooth against the skin, like moonlight, for ultimate wearing comfort and visual sophistication. Consisting of 95% polyester and 5% metallic yarn.

3. Mamianqun Manufacturing Techniques

This Mamianqun uses " imitation Zhuanghua and gold weaving technique", boasting intricate and elegant patterns. What’s more, it incorporates a blend of single-color flat gold threads and multicolored flat gold threads, with every detail showcasing exquisite craftsmanship and captivating beauty.

4. Mamianqun Patterns

This Mamianqun named “Secret Garden” features blooming flowers as its pattern. Each flower blooms brightly like spreading brocade, and vines wind and interweave.
