To meet your diverse needs, we offer both Standard Air Shipping and Express Air Shipping options.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Express Air Shipping: 7–10 working days after dispatch (highly recommended for time-sensitive orders).
- Standard Air Shipping: 15–20 working days after dispatch.
Please note: Shipping rates start as low as $12.99! Rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
International Shipping
We proudly offer shipping to over 60+ countries.
Our express orders are shipped via premium carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, ensuring reliable delivery.
⚠️ Potential Delays: While we strive for prompt delivery, Jianxi Hanfu cannot be held responsible for transit delays caused by unforeseen events beyond our control. These may include public holidays, peak shopping seasons, adverse weather, flight availability, customs processing bottlenecks, or carrier disruptions.
Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays unless the package is officially deemed lost in transit following a carrier investigation.
Tracking Your Order
- Confirmation: Once your order dispatches, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Managing Delivery: It is the customer’s responsibility to track and manage their package. For real-time international tracking updates (including customs status and delivery attempts), we highly recommend using 17Track.
- Modifications: Please note that we cannot modify or expedite the shipping process once the package has left our facility.
- Investigations: If your package is taking longer than expected, please verify your shipping address and contact your local postal service. Please note that we cannot open a formal investigation for orders that are more than 2 weeks past the estimated delivery date.
Customs Duties and Taxes (DDU)
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
- Customer Responsibility: Any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country are NOT included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
- Refused Shipments: We have no control over these government-imposed charges. If a shipment is refused due to the non-payment of customs fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Complimentary Shipping & Split Orders
- Free Shipping: We offer complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $199 USD. This discount applies automatically at checkout.
- Pre-order Items: If your order contains a pre-order item (as indicated by the processing timeframe in the product description), the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is in stock. If you prefer to receive available items sooner, please place two separate orders.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Jianxi Hanfu is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing after successful carrier dispatch, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
