This is a traditional Chinese Ming Dynasty Clothing - Mamianqun (Mamian Skirt).

Mamianqun is a traditional Chinese garment belonging to the lower skirt style of Chinese Hanfu, named after the "horse face" (smooth front panel) in the center of the skirt. Originating in the Song Dynasty and flourishing in the Ming Dynasty, it is composed of two panels forming a total of four skirt panels, with symmetrical front panels separated by "lán gàn" (decorative strips). Often embroidered with patterns of flowers, auspicious beasts, etc., it combines dignity and agility.

The Mamianqun's design is based on the ancient scroll "Auspicious Cranes" by Emperor Huizong of the Northern Song Dynasty.
