If your order contains both readily available and preorder items and you wish to have them shipped separately, an additional USD 25 will apply. Please contact us to arrange this.  

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel, modify your order.

Customs Duties & Taxes

The Mamianqun (Mamian Skirt) in the picture is a traditional Chinese Ming Dynasty Clothing with unique charm.
The Mamianqun is a traditional Chinese garment belonging to the lower skirt style of Hanfu, named after the "horse face" (smooth front panel) in the center of the skirt. Originating in the Song Dynasty and flourishing in the Ming Dynasty, it is composed of two panels forming a total of four skirt panels, with symmetrical front panels separated by "lán gàn" (decorative strips). Often embroidered with patterns of flowers, auspicious beasts, etc., it combines dignity and agility.

1. Mamianqun Design

This Chinese style element shirt uses organ pleats to cleverly divide the placket, shaped like a classical letter. Poem for Fan Ye is embroidered and printed on it. The ink - infused poetic charm flows along the folds. When worn, it’s like draping a thousand - year - old cultural heritage as daily elegant attire.
This Mamianqun design was inspired by the Landscape Album. It paints green, blue lakes and mountains in Jiangnan. Green mountains in dark ink stretch out like waves on the skirt. Pink and white peach blossom trees are scattered and contrasted, giving the skirt agility and putting the poetic charm of Jiangnan on the body.

2. Mamianqun Material

This Mamianqun has delicate damask jacquard patterns. This material feels incredibly soft and smooth against the skin, like moonlight, for ultimate wearing comfort and visual sophistication. Consisting of 84% polyester and 16% metallic yarn.

3. Mamianqun Manufacturing Techniques

This Mamianqun is crafted with exquisite gold-threaded imitated zhuanghua technique—a high craftsmanship that features dense gold threads intricately interwoven to create a luxurious texture. The skirt hem showcases vivid patterns so lifelike that they seem to leap from the fabric, blending traditional weaving artistry with stunning visual depth.


4. Mamianqun Patterns

This Mamianqun's pattern is Jiangnan Mountains is a paper interpretation of lakes and mountains. Look at how the green mountains look like dark ink paintings that continue to resemble waves of greenery. Pink-white peach branches are scattered and contrasted, giving the skirt agility and vitality. And it's embroidered with Jiangnan wu suo, liao zeng yi zhi chun - (In Jiangnan, I have nothing to give, but a sprig of spring, I send) - the landscapes and the romance worn on the body
